2. Function:

Using PP&HDPE fabrics, kraft paper laminated woven fabrics as the substrate. All-in-one process including tubing, gusseting, gluing, perforation, cutting conveying, stacking, counting. Suitable for different kinds of bags with or without gusset, valve or flat-mouth bags, BOPP laminated bags, kraft paper tubed bags.

3. Application: Bags for chemical, fertilize, cement, rice, sugar, aquatic products, pet food.

4. Suitable for: Laminated woven fabrics; Kraft paper & woven fabric sandwich bags; BOPP laminated PP woven fabrics; Woven fabric with inside kraft paper liner; 1 to 4 ply kraft paper; 1 to 4 ply kraft paper with liner film.

5. Features: The plant consists printing station 4 or 6 color alternatives.

All-in-one process including tubing, gusseting, perforation, cutting, conveying, counting, stacking.

The finished roll can be cut by length setting in PLC.

The rewinding is also available with auto movement system to avoid the overlap of the thicker part. Tension is controlled by PLC to insure the winding performance.
